For students who want to apply for "Volunteer Service Awards", please remember the following points:
1. Prepare the information about your services from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011.
2. Complete your "Volunteer Service Record Book", invite the teacher-in-charge or the staff-in-charge to verify your record. (Certificates would only be prepared for one who has completed more than 50 hours of services)
3. Hand in the completed "Volunteer Service Record Book" to the teacher-in-charge of your service group on before this Friday.
