May the applicants of Father Deane Achievement Award submit their photos and the copies of the following documents to the school office by this Friday: (1) Student Academic Report Card and (2) Extracurricular Activity and Award/ Scholarship Report of the previous academic year. Please be reminded that the applicants have to submit their first draft of personal statements on or before 29th October (next Monday). Your mentor will contact you once you have submitted your personal statements and you have to shubmit the finalised versions on or before 9th November.
