Prefects’ Association – Announcement about the Formation of 13/14 Prefects’ Association
This is an announcement about the formation of Prefects’ Association for the next academic year.
First, it is about the selection of Headboy and Vice-Headboy. The Headboy will be elected by Teachers, Prefects, Monitors and ALL S4 & S5 Students. All Prefects in the coming academic year can apply for the post. Any F.4 students who get the Prefects Application Form can also be a candidate of Headboy. With the approval from the Principal, they can run for the election which will be held on 5th July, 2013.
Second, it is about the formation of the Executive Board. All Prefects in the coming academic year can apply to become a Committee Member.
Finally, it is about Prefects. Any S2 to S4 students who want to serve the school and create a better learning environment for our fellow schoolmates can apply for the post.
If you are interested in any of the above posts, you can obtain the Application Form from Headboy, Li Hiu Wang Summer or Vice-Headboy, Chan Tak Hon from S.5D. Don’t hesitate and do something to serve the school!
以下是有關來年學長聯會的一則通告
首先，一年一度的學生代表選舉正式開始接受報名。所有來年合資格的中五學長均可以參選。而還未成為學長而有意參選學生代表的中五同學，須先經遴選成為學長後才符合參選學生代表的資格。今年的學生代表選舉將會在7月5日舉行，屆時會由老師，學長、中四、中五全體學生和全校的班長選出本校的學生代表。
其次，學長聯會正為來年籌組內閣，而 13-14年度的所有學長均具參選資格。
最後，本會現正招募學長，如中二至中四的同學有興趣為學校服務，歡迎你們加入成為學長聯會的一份子。
對以上的任何職位有興趣的同學，請到5D班找學生代表李曉宏同學，或副學生代表陳德匡同學索取表格。如有任何疑問，也歡迎向鄭惠玲老師、陳家僑老師及我們查詢。 |
