Prefect’s Association (Formation of 15/16 Prefects’ Association)
This is an announcement about the formation of Prefects’ Association for the next academic year.
First, the nomination period of the headboy election for the next academic year will be re-opened today. All S5 Prefects in the coming academic year can apply for the post. Any students who get the Prefects Application Form can also be a candidate of Headboy. With the approval from the School, they can run for the headboy election in mid-September 2015.
Second, it is about the formation of the Executive Board. All Prefects in the coming academic year can apply to become a Committee Member.
Third, The Third Prefects Recruitment will be held from 3/7 to 4/9. Secondary 2 to Secondary 4 students who are interested are kindly invited to apply to be school prefects.
If you are interested in any of the above posts, you can obtain the Application Form from e-class or directly from Headboy, Yeung Chun Yin Matthew or vice Headboy, Yeung Yuk kin from S5D or teacher advisors. Completed forms can be returned to Headboy or vice Headboy by email on or before 4/9. Don’t hesitate and do something to serve the school!
