Good morning fathers, principal, teachers and my dear fellow schoolmates, I am Ian Chan of 4C, the Person in Charge of the Democracy Wall. I would like to take this opportunity to talk about the meaning and objectives of this project.
The Democracy Wall serves as a medium for students to convey their opinions towards important issues such as school policies, local and even global news. This year, the designated topic is about the abolishment of the TSA. Of course, there will also be a part of the Wall for free discussion. The objectives of the Democracy Wall are to enhance the communication between the school and our students as well as to cultivate an environment for you to voice your opinions on different social and global issues.
