Good morning, I’m Lau kwok Cheung Jacky From S5B, the person-in-charge of JCE.
The JCE will be held immediately, may all helpers now go to your own booths and prepare for it,
Everyone should have the JCE leaflet which was distributed by your class teacher. On the leaflet, you can find 21 spaces for stamps. After you have finished visiting the booths hosted by different clubs, you will be given stamps. After you have collected a certain number of them, you will be able to exchange them for prizes at the SAA counter.
For the Club Registration Form, every student is allowed to join a maximum of 3 clubs. When you find clubs you are interested in, ask the workers at the booth to fill in the google form. Every student must at least join 2 clubs.
For class monitors, please open the classroom doors at 1:20. Other students may take your school bags and belongings afterwards and leave school at 1:30. All booths will be closed at 1:30pm. Thank you.

每位同學應該收到由班主任派發的JCE場刊.在場刊上大家可以找到21個印仔位, 當你完成由不同學會舉行的攤位遊戲後,便可以得到印仔,只要儲夠足夠數量的印仔, 便可以到SAA counter換取豐富的獎品
有關加入學會的表格,每位同學最多可以參與三個學會,當你發現到你感興趣的學會時,可以問該學會的工作人員拿ipad填寫Google form,而每位同學必須參加最少兩個學會
請班長於1時20分上課室打開班房門, 而其他同學可於1時30分返回課室拿自己的書包和隨身物品並離開學校,而所有的攤位將會於一時半關閉
